History

Natur Produkt company was founded in 1993. The company engaged in OTC pharmaceuticals and food supplements import from Europe and distribution at Russian wholesale market. By 1995 the representative offices of Natur Produkt were opened in 20 first-rate regions of Russia and CIS countries (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia).

While expanding the distribution activity, the pharmaceutical company also developed it’s own-branded products under Natur Produkt trade mark. The first products by Natur Produkt entered the Russian pharmaceutical market in 1994. By the end of 2005 the company’s assortment line included over 30 different product lines. In 1996 Natur Produkt started the development of it’s own retail chain. By 2001 the Natur Produkt retail chain was presented in over 15 regions. The company took up the leader position among the federal retail chains. Since 2005 the company was divided into two business units: Natur Produkt International & Natur Produkt Retail.
